Restore data
For opening the wizard for restoring data click in the mainmenu to Tools > Restore Data.... In the Easy Mode, click to Restore Data.
Possibilities:
Choose, what exactly you want to do!.
If you choosed the first or the last option, you must specify in the second step, where your backup data is located. For this, click to the button "...", and choose the drive on which the backup data is stored. The drive must be connected, if not, you cannot go further.
Click to >> Next...
In the next step you can choose files which you want to restore. Navigate trough the folders and files, and check the box at these elements which you want to restore.
Restore folders to a previously state by declaring a date
In the next step you can specify, if you want to restore the folders to a specific date. To benefit from this option, you must have backed up your data historisized.
The destination of the restored data
In the last step you can choose, if you want to restore the data to their original place and folders, or you can choose to specify a seperate folder in which you want to restore the data. If so, specify the folder by clicking the "..."-Button.
Please note: Note, that the original place depends on the computer on which you have backed up your data. So if you try to restore to another computer, it may be that the paths are different and a restore to the original place does not make sense. The backup program will try anyway to restore the files and folders to the original paths.
Click to Complete to start the restore process. This moment, all specified elements will be restored.
